An online community for Filipinos who would like to speak their minds about anything and everything under the sun. Founded in 1999, it started with a few forums to address the lack of local Pinoy message boards. It is managed by a full-time staff as well as moderators who work during their free time without compensation. PinoyExchange has also garnered some awards including People's Choice for Community Website during the 2001 Philippine Webby Awards and the Reader's Choice for favorite website by 2BU!, a column of of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. It won this award in 2000 and 2001.
